Tomatoes - red, yellow, husk cherries, baby plums, slicing, heirlooms

Cukes - slicing, pickling, lemon

Summer squash - yellow, zucchini, pattypan

This week's recipe - Green Bean Salad:
Easy to make and a nice side dish to add to your green salad or have by itself. Steam green beans until cooked, but still crisp. Add chick peas, thinly sliced red onion, Greek olives, and thinly sliced tomato without the pulp. You can also add red beans, if you like. Dress with oil and red wine or balsamic vinegar and some Italian seasoning. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
