Tomatoes - red, yellow, husk cherries, slicing, heirlooms
Celeriac and celery
Summer squash - yellow, zucchini, pattypan
Winter squash – acorn, butternut, carnival, jester and sweet dumpling
Onion – cipollini, red, torpedo and yellow
Cabbage -green, purple
Yummy Roasted Vegetables
Using carrots, onion, broccoli, beets, eggplant, zucchini and potatoes roasted with olive oil and seasonings. You can try any vegetables you like, but these are the ones I had on hand and it was a well-received dish! Enjoy and see you at the market on Saturday!
