This week's produce:

Fingerling potatoes
Peppers – red, green, purple, hot and sweet
Tomatoes - red, yellow, husk cherries, baby plums, slicing, heirlooms
Cukes - slicing, pickling
Carrots - orange, yellow and purple
Green beans
Lettuce
Arugula
Celeriac and celery
Bok Choi
Broccoli
Beets
Summer squash - yellow, zucchini, pattypan
Winter squash – acorn, butternut, carnival
Eggplant
Garlic
Leeks
Cipollini and red onions
Rainbow and Swiss Chard
Kale
Radishes
Cabbage - white, purple


 Recipe of the week - Roasted vegetables, using fingerling potatoes, yellow, purple and orange carrots and cooked beets. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper (and any other herbs you like) and bake in moderate oven until crisp to your preference. Delicious!
